Getting your reading

How do I open my paid reading?

After payment you land on your private readings page, and we also email you the link (subject: “Your Sacred Numbers readings are ready”). Open the link, enter your birth details, and press Align to draw. There is no login or password — the link itself is your key.

I paid but didn’t get my reading, or the page seems stuck.

Your reading is created the moment you press Align on your readings page — not automatically at payment. Right after paying, the page briefly waits for the payment to confirm; if it seems stuck, refresh once. If you still cannot reach it, open the “Your Sacred Numbers readings are ready” email for your link, or use “Lost your link?” below.

I lost my link. How do I get back to my readings?

Your readings live behind a private link — there is no account to log into. On any readings page, use “Lost your link?”, enter the email you bought with, and we will email your link again. It is also in the confirmation email we sent at purchase.

Do I need an account or password?

No. There is no login and no password. Your private link is your key — anyone with it can use your credits, so keep it to yourself.

Payments, receipts & VAT

Where is my receipt / VAT invoice?

Our payment provider, Stripe / Link (the Merchant of Record), automatically emails your receipt and VAT invoice — with PDF attachments — right after payment. The sender is Link, so check your spam folder if you do not see it. All prices include VAT.

Why does my card statement say “LINK.COM* PASHUR OY”?

Payments are handled by Link as Merchant of Record (“Sold through Link”), so that is how the charge appears. It is your Sacred Numbers purchase.

What currency am I charged in?

Displayed prices include VAT. The final charge currency is set at checkout based on your location.

Refunds & your rights

Can I get a refund?

Paid readings are digital content delivered immediately, so at checkout you waive the 14-day withdrawal right (a required checkbox). We will still put things right — re-deliver or refund — if your reading failed to generate or was not delivered, you were charged incorrectly (e.g. a duplicate charge), or the content is faulty or materially not as described. Email support@sacrednumbers.live with your order confirmation. See Refund & Withdrawal for the full policy.

What about the 14-day right of withdrawal?

As an EU consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase. Because your reading is delivered immediately, we ask you to request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once delivery begins. You cannot complete a purchase without this consent — and the free reading is always available if you would rather not.

Gifts

How do gift readings work?

Tick “This is a gift” at checkout. After payment you get a printable gift ticket (PDF, with a scannable code) and a redemption link to hand over. The recipient opens the link, enters their own email, and gets their own private readings page. You never handle their data.

Can I refund a gift?

Unredeemed gift credits can be refunded on request. Once a gift has been redeemed and the reading delivered, the immediate-delivery waiver applies to that reading.

The reading itself

I don’t know my exact birth time — is that a problem?

No. Time of birth is optional. Without it, the reading rests on your Sun and Moon, and the Rising sign is left out.

Is this a prediction or a horoscope?

No. Sacred Numbers is reflective, not predictive. It draws a number from the exact moment you press and reads its numerology back to you — a mirror held to a single, unrepeatable moment. It serves your own frame of belief, makes no claim to foretell the future, and is not advice of any kind. You must be 18 or older to purchase.

What is the difference between the free reading and a paid one?

The free reading is open to everyone — press to draw. A paid reading is a personalised keepsake (delivered as a downloadable PDF and read against your birth chart); packs give you several readings to use any time.

I have a referral code — how do I use it?

Enter it in the “Have a referral code?” field before checkout, then apply it. With an active code, packs are discounted (single readings stay full price) — the exact discount is shown at checkout before you pay.
