Refund & Withdrawal Policy

1. Digital content, delivered immediately

Paid readings are digital content that is generated and delivered to you immediately after purchase (as a downloadable keepsake PDF and/or an email link).

2. Your 14-day right of withdrawal, and the waiver

As an EU consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. However, because your reading is delivered immediately, at checkout we ask you to:

• expressly request that delivery begins right away, and
• acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

You cannot complete a purchase without giving this consent. If you do not wish to waive the right, simply do not purchase — the free reading remains available to everyone.

3. When we will still refund you

The waiver does not affect your statutory rights if something is wrong. We will put it right — by re-delivering or refunding — if, for example:

• your reading failed to generate or was not delivered;
• you were charged incorrectly (e.g. a duplicate charge); or
• the digital content is faulty or materially not as described.

4. Gift readings

Unredeemed gift credits can be refunded on request. Once a gift has been redeemed and the reading delivered, the immediate-delivery waiver above applies to that reading.

5. How to ask
