Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Sacred Numbers (“the Service”, “we”) is operated by Pashur Oy, a company registered in Finland, Business ID (Y-tunnus) 1072983-1, registered address Harilantie 280, 17510 Nyystölä. You can reach us at support@sacrednumbers.live.

2. What the Service is

Sacred Numbers draws a number from the exact moment you request it — derived from the position of the Sun and Moon, the ruling planetary hour, and the precise instant — and returns a numerology reading. The Service is offered for reflection and enjoyment. It is reflective, not predictive: it serves your own frame of belief and does not foretell the future or provide advice of any kind (financial, legal, medical, psychological or otherwise).

3. Eligibility

The free reading is available to everyone. To purchase a paid reading you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

4. Free and paid readings

• The moment-bound draw and its reading are provided free of charge.
• Paid readings are digital products, delivered as a downloadable keepsake PDF via your personal account link. Prices are shown on the site and include VAT where applicable; any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
• You can buy a single reading or a pack of readings, held as credits on your account. You can also buy a reading as a gift: you receive a gift code to pass on, and the recipient redeems it with their own email. Credits can also be redeemed from a gift code; the recipient enters their own birth details to generate their reading.

We send only transactional email tied to your order — your Stripe receipt and, if you ask, your account-access link. We run no marketing or newsletter. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your email address.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. The Merchant of Record for the sale is Stripe's affiliate, Sold through Link, LLC (shown at checkout as “Sold through Link”). We never see or store your full card details. The paid-reading contract is formed once your payment is confirmed and the reading is generated.

6. Right of withdrawal (digital content)

Paid readings are digital content delivered immediately. Under EU consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, but by asking us to begin delivery at once you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins. 7. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the Service, and do not use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, imagery and generated readings are owned by or licensed to Pashur Oy. A reading you purchase is for your personal, non-commercial use (including gifting through the Service).

9. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”, for reflection and enjoyment. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of a reading. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Referral & partner programme

If you share the Service through a referral link or code, we operate a single-tier programme: only the direct referrer earns a commission — there are no multi-level or downline earnings. Attribution is by account and is permanent: attribution wins over code. The first referrer a buyer is attributed to keeps earning commission on that buyer's later orders, even if a subsequent order uses a different referral code. Referral discounts and commissions apply to paid readings as described on the referral pages.

If you take part as a partner (referrer) and are eligible to receive commission, the following additional terms apply. By accepting them on your partner page you agree to the current version — the version in force is partner_terms_v2; if we update them, we ask you to accept the new version before you next change your payout or tax details.

• Commission & eligibility. Commission is earned on eligible paid orders attributed to you. An order becomes eligible only after its 14-day withdrawal window has passed (see section 6), so that refunded or withdrawn orders do not generate a payout.
• Payout threshold & timing. Earned commission accrues to your balance and rolls over between periods until it reaches a minimum of €10. Balances at or above the threshold are paid out per settlement period, normally within about 14 days after the end of the eligible period. Amounts below the threshold simply carry forward.
• Payout method. You are paid by SEPA bank transfer or PayPal. You provide and maintain your own payout details (IBAN/holder name, or PayPal email) yourself, through the self-service form on your private partner page. We are not responsible for payments that fail or are delayed because the details you supplied were incorrect or out of date.
• Who can be paid. A referral commission from us is a business payment. If you are a private individual resident in Finland you cannot be paid as an individual - you need a business ID (Y-tunnus; a toiminimi is fine) or a light-entrepreneur invoicing service, because the Finnish prepayment register determines the tax treatment. Partners in other countries may take part as an individual or as a business.
• Your taxes & VAT. Commission is paid gross. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any income tax and VAT due in your own jurisdiction; we do not withhold tax on your behalf. You confirm that the tax status you give us (individual, sole trader, or company) and, where applicable, your business ID and VAT status are correct, and you will notify us promptly if they change - in particular a change in your VAT-registration status.
• Self-billing. With your agreement we operate self-billing: Sacred Numbers prepares the settlement document (the invoice) for your commission on your behalf, and you do not invoice us. Each settlement is issued to you and is treated as accepted unless you object within 14 days of it being issued. The settlement records the VAT treatment that applies to you.
• Independent contractor. You take part as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship, agency, partnership, or joint venture between you and Sacred Numbers, and you are not entitled to employee benefits.
• Payment costs. International payouts are made net of any PayPal currency-conversion and transfer fees unless we agree otherwise (typically a 3-4% FX spread on conversions).
• Information we collect. Before your first payout we collect your legal name, country, address, tax status and - for a business - your business ID and, where applicable, VAT number. We do not collect your date of birth or personal identity code. If the information is inaccurate we may withhold payout until it is corrected.
• Your partner link. Your partner page is reached through a private, unguessable link. Treat it like a password — anyone with the link can view your stats and change your payout details. We do not display it publicly and never email it unprompted. If you believe it has been exposed, contact us and we will rotate it, which immediately invalidates the old link.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is always published here. These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence in the EU.
